Here's a prayer for those who are dealing with anxiety. Father God, I bring all my cares, all my worries, all my doubts, all my fears, all my anxieties before you today. Take away every burden that weighs on my heart and replace it with your peace. Help me to trust that you care for me and you're working everything together for my good. Calm my restless thoughts. Give me rest in your presence. Let your peace guard my heart and my mind at all times. In Jesus name I pray. Amen.
