Here's a prayer to hear God's voice. Remember, the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord. Lord, we thank you for your desire to speak to us every day. Father God, I thank you that we can come boldly to your throne of grace whenever we need help in a time of need. Lord, your word says that when we draw near to you, you will draw near to us. So we draw near to you today. We seek your face, your truth, and your word for our lives. We want to know you more, hear you more, obey you more. Your word says, 'My sheep hear my voice. A stranger they will not follow.' Help us to know your voice and not be deceived by another voice as we seek to hear you today for instruction, correction, and guidance. Help us to confirm your voice through your word. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
